We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vitaly pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original branded pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
